2) AIMS
a) To promote responsible motorcycling and the “Good Biker”
image.
b) To form a riding group with organised outings on a regular basis.
3) MEMBERSHIP
a) Membership is open to any motorbike rider and pillion partner over
the age of 18 years. This is at the discretion of the club.
b) All new members must be motorcycle owners, existing members who
through no fault of their own find themselves without a bike will
still be welcome whilst the numbers are under the ceiling of 40. However,
if the numbers should reach 40 and new bike owning riders wish to
join it may be necessary to ask any member not owning a bike to leave.
c) Membership is to be proposed and seconded by existing members.
d) All membership fees to be paid on the day of the AGM.
e) The badge will remain the property of the club and will be returned
to the club by any member leaving.
f) The annual membership fee wil be £10.00 per member. There
will be a further £1.00 per monthly meeting payable.
Pillion riding partners are not required to pay an annual membership
fee, but are required to pay £1.00 per monthly meeting attended.
Spouses who are riders in their own right, will be charged at the
full member rate, i.e. £10.00 per annum and £1.00 per
month.
All fees to be reviewed annually.
g) The use of all monies to benefit the current members of the club.
h) Those under the age of 18 years who accompany members will be exempt
charges.
i) All members must conduct themselves in a proper manner
at all times.
Any member considered to have behaved in a manner thought improper,
or likely to bring the club into disrepute, can have their membership
withdrawn. This will be after the individual case has been discussed
and voted on by the members.
